Department of Medical Sciences

The organizational structure of the DMS includes the Department Council which is the body that discusses, programs and runs the Department of Medical Sciences. The role of the Department Council is:

• To approve the objectives and evaluation criteria of each 3-year plan; to program on a yearly basis the recruitment of new staff including full, associate and assistant professors (according to the requirements of the individual scientific sectors) and to hire technical-administrative personnel, in order to guarantee the continuity of the research and teaching activities. The council programs the research and teaching activities of the department staff in collaboration with the Education and Research Committees of the University of Torino
