- Creation of faecal microbiota and recipient donor cohorts associated with databases (clinical and biohumoral parameters) and biobanks (blood, plasma, microbiota) for natural history assessment, complications and outcomes after FM transplant
- Development of networks to create linkages to care of special populations that can benefit from the transplantation of fecal microbiota in hepatologic (patients with hepatic encephalopathy, patients with cirrhosis of the liver), gastroenterologic (IBS, IBD, SIBO) and oncologic field.
