Description and location
The Genomics facility is located in the Ceppellini Genetics Building, University of Torino and “Città della Salute e della Scienza”.
The facility is organized in pre- and post PCR areas and it is equipped with a NextSeq550 Illumina platform for high-throughput genomic, transcriptomic and epigenetic miRNome analyses, CytoSNP and DNA methylation array scanning. Moreover, it has all the main instruments necessary for nucleic acids quantification, quality check, NGS library preparations, PCR and RT-PCR analyses.
